The Kula Belgrade comprises a 40-storey tower with sweeping views of the River Sava and is part of a 1.8 million-square metre Belgrade Waterfront development, featuring world-class residences and offices, a hotel, educational institutions, modern healthcare amenities, as well as a 1.5-kilometre-long promenade and expansive public green space.
