BG&E is providing phased construction engineering services, including a hybrid top-down methodology, for the mixed-use development.
The Stage.EC2 will feature 70,000 square metres of technologically-advanced commercial space, a 37-storey residential tower, indoor auditorium, prime retail, outdoor performance space, bars, restaurants, landscaped gardens and up to an acre of public space and viaducts.
